Practical Skills for a More Sustainable Tourism Future
Befinetour is a project dedicated to developing vocational tourism education toward a more practical and sustainability‑focused direction. The project strengthens students’ understanding of sustainable travel, customer behaviour and the principles of nudging, helping future tourism professionals design experiences that support responsible choices.
Through research, curriculum development and collaboration with regional tourism companies, Befinetour creates hands‑on learning opportunities where students work on real challenges and co‑develop more sustainable tourism solutions.
The project includes:
- Creation of a shared core curriculum and local adaptations of it for each partner organisation.
- 3 group mobilities in 3 countries.
- Innovation challenges where students and companies test new ideas in practice.
